Michelle’s passionate about all facets of residential real estate and her love of design. She holds a BA in Interior Design which she has successfully integrated into her 16-year career as a Philadelphia Realtor. She brings a designer's expertise to each transaction, offering a unique opportunity to her clients; whether it’s advising her buyers on selecting the right property or working with her sellers to creatively market and stage their property for a successful sale.

As a real estate investor, she has designed and developed her own residential projects which have led to collaborating with other local builders and investors who employ her talents in finding investment opportunities, negotiating their purchase, executing space planning strategies and providing finish specifications on a variety of residential projects; from luxury single-family townhomes to large-scale multifamily housing. Her clients appreciate and value her confidence, decisiveness, and dedication while knowing her attention to detail has been key to their sales successes. In doing so, she has earned a reputation for creating impeccable high-end designs and implementing strong and cohesive marketing strategies. Michelle exemplifies integrity along with a strong professional work ethic in every aspect of a real estate transaction. As a 10 year resident in the Graduate Hospital area, she’s immersed herself within the neighborhood and its community organizations, including SOSNA and Carpenter Green; a passive green space at 17th and Carpenter Street. She was also part of the development team for Carpenter Square, a large mixed-use development project in the neighborhood. Her personal time is spent advocating for the welfare of animals by volunteering and supporting local and international shelters and rescue organizations; PAWS, the Humane Society of the United States and the Sea Shepherd Conservation Society are just a few. Michelle has rescued and found permanent homes for local strays, a few which have become housewarming gifts to her clients!
